Today just one Snapper we caught Ninety Mile Beach. But big enough for both lunch and dinner.
Xiaoli has cooked the head and bones with ginger etc for fish head soup. Currently she is enjoying the eyes. Not a part I can bring myself to try.
My lunch is Snapper sashimi very simple with a dip in soy. I could have got fancy with the dip but no time as I am hungry.
Tonight simple fish and chips on the agenda
Nothing like Snapper just caught and eaten within the hour
